February 2007

The following post might intrigue some uneasy feeling among some people.

Yesterday, when I was at the MayBank ATM, something unusual happened.

There were few disabled persons, a couple of mutes, queuing up right behind me. I observed what they were doing when I was waiting for the person in front of me to process. After a few seconds of queuing, they started to be very impatient and waving their hands in the air for some really exaggerating hand signs, uh….scary I thought, but, it’s none of my business.

When it was my turn, I wanted to register my mobile number to get the TAC number, so, naturally, I had to spend more time doing that than withdrawing money alone. So, the gentleman and lady behind me were getting really impatient. I could feel hands swinging vigorously behind my back, I couldn’t be sure, I do not have eyes behind my back you see. But, my mom confirmed with me later that it really happened.

So, when I was done and leaving the ATM, I turned and had some eye contact with the lady behind me, she stared at me in a very uneasy matter, as if I had insulted her whole family and she was going to eat me. Fcuk, I thought. I did nothing to you, I didn’t look down on you, I was slow not because I meant to bully you.

No, I do not look down on disabled, but at least they could get some life and behave normally???

It’s my birthday today. Yes, on Valentine’s eve.  Nothing fancy on birthday. Every birthday simply means a year older. There isn’t really anything that I should be happy about.

As the year goes by, you learn more and more about life. I used to wish growing up fast, but now, I wish I could slow the time down. Older means more responsibilities, to yourself, your family. Gone were the stressless day.

Welcome to the reality.

You think you have been clouded by the dark side?
No, it is not the weather today. But I happened to find this in my old collection.

Will you be scared if your mind were this dark?

But, when you have thought everything through, you will be on the cloud nine!

I have been waiting this movie for like at least 6 months and it’s finally out now. And i knew i was going to like this movie, and it is true .

The idea of “home exchange” in the movie seems so fun! But, i do not think i will ‘exchange my home’ with a total stranger in real life though. You never know what strangers will do to your house, ransack your house, move all your stuff, or even burn it down! Things like this really only happen in movies, movies oh movies.

And, i am really having a holiday now . Cameron Diaz is a hot chic!
