Warning: Loaded with saucy and juicy pictures!
Solace is the ‘in’ word now…since Quantum of Solace is coming.
Dictionary: Solace = Comfort in times of disappointment.

It’s a pretty home-like bar. Not that many dining tables though, definitely not a place for big party or birthday bash. Best for a date.

My grilled salsa chicken: RM23. Grilled chicken breast marinated with spices, topped with Salsa. I so wanna dance with this chicken! Juicy and tender, and not over-cooked. The fries are too salty though.

Fish and chips. Forgot about the price.

It’s been long since I visited a Hong-Kong restaurant, it is not really my big-favorite. I am surprised that their menus are crazy, with so many varieties. You won’t even know on which paper/menu you should order your food.

Set meal: Comes with a soup ( choice of this tomato soup or mushroom), one dessert, and one drink.

Cheesy steamed rice. My sister had this, I am not a big fan of cheesy food. RM16.90 for the set meal.

My set meal: Comes with a drink too at RM12.90. Korean instant noodles. Nothing too special about this. But the kimchi is hot!

On my good mood days, I cook. And it happens like once in every 6 months or 4. Hehehe. I wanted to whack a scallop spaghetti like KY did, but I did not get any scallop. Next time it is! And this time, I was actually inspired by my secret-buddy.

Ingredients for 2:
1. 2 big fat chicken sausage (RM4)
2. 5 pcs of bacon(RM4.50)
3. 1 can of tuna chunks in sun-flower oil (RM4)
4. Some dried chillies, salt, basil leaves and one ikan bilis stock to season
5. Spaghetti (according to your appetite) (RM4+)

First, boil the spaghetti, i usually add some salt too, cook for about 12-15 minutes, drain it, then stir with some olive oil to prevent it from drying and tangling up.

Then, fry the sausage and bacon before hand.

Who can reject free movie tickets? Especially at this economy down time, and I can save the tickets money for my scallop spaghetti. Hehe
And moreover, it is Madagascar 2! And KY is distributing free movie passes!
