It’s Monday blues! (AGAIN)

Being an old-town frequent, i think their drinks are so overpriced now (RM2.80 for iced-something). So, we need to bid it goodbye and move forward.

And suddenly, Toast & Coffee in Damansara Utama (Uptown) came into my mind.

coffee

Their ‘cham-iced’ @ RM1.80 for cold and on the right is their TC special @RM2.80. Nothing significantly different, but the TC Special is less milky and more tea.

p/s: my bf said TC=talk co*k. in a way i agree. LOL.

meeesiam

Mee Siam combo @ RM4.90. I really love this!!! The meehoon is fried just rice, and came with 2 pcs of curry chicken too! I requested for more curry in a small bowl.  Great! In Old Town, the price for food (noodles, rice) starting from RM6.90.

western set

Then, we also ordered a western breakfast set @RM4.90. Not bad eh? The french toast reminded me of my secondary school time when we learn kemahiran hidup which we had to dip the bread into egg then fried it.

Sorry for the lack of updates people! :D

Times are really bad, loaded with work. Sigh how I wish I can plant a $$ tree and do nothing other than just watering it. :(

Sometimes ago, I read about this recession food from KampongboyCitygal, and i knew i just had to visit this place.

v1

Restaurant Vicchuda Tomyam and Seafood is located in uptown, in a row with Maybank.

v2

The interior is quite simple, just like all the mamaks. No frills. The food price ranges from RM4-RM6 for small.

v3

Mix tomyam soup - RM5. Delicious!

v4

And the strongly recommended kerabu perut @ RM5 from KampungboyCitygal. I really like this too as it is cruchy and firm, it doesn’t taste like the lumpy cow stomach you find in the beef noodle. Somehow the thought of eating towel-lookalike-stomach kind of grossed me.

Work has been hell lot, and here is going to be a quick post before I head home :D

beef rice

Beef something rice, beef was tender and flavorful, but too bad it is very little for the price :( It was about RM15.

fried chicken chop

Fried chicken chop rice @RM13/RM14. This is much more worth it  than the beef rice. The chicken was crispy and it is quite similar to Shilin XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXL chicken chop.
