UPDATED NEW: The guy from Mutiara Damansara has just called me to apologize and that’s it. Apparently it was really my misfortune that my cheese happened to be 1/3 slice. And it is usually HALF. Now, would you check whatever is in your bun next time?
UPDATED: The guy from MacD called me to follow up. And just said that someone from the Operation side will call me further to investigate the matter.
P/S: Feedmelah.com has kindly sent me an email interview and they have posted it here, if you wanna know more about me. Do hop over!
Regarding my post about the cheating fillet o fish, I wrote to them and MacD really replied me!
Dear xxx,
Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback through Just Tell
Us.Actually, our Filet-O-Fish does come with a half slice of cheese. I’m
attaching here a cropped photo of the Filet-O-Fish photograph we use in our
materials in the restaurants. You can see that the rectangular piece of
cheese sticking out of the corner is part of a half-slice of cheese, which
is the sandwich’s build up. We have not changed the amount of cheese within
the sandwich since it was introduced. As for the photograph online, the way the food stylist styled the cheese placement was to place the longer half
of the half-slice on the front for aesthetic reasons, if that misled you,
we do apologize. We do hope you will continue your patronage with McDonald’s. Again, thank
you for giving us your feedbackIf you require any further clarification, please do not hesitate to call us
directly.
And what now?

It is strange that although One-U being my 2nd home, this is my first time stepping into their Wong Kok Char Chan Teng!
I was surprised by their extensive menu! So many copies of them and everything on the menu looks awesome.
My crispy noodle in spicy sauce with pork @ RM10.30. The portion is so HUGE! And true enough, the noodle is crispy but the sauce is not spicy at all! =/ the noodle is something like fried emperor’s noodle.
On the side: We ordered Spicy Abalone Mushroom with Fried Vege @ RM6.80. For that price i would say this dish is HUGE also. However, I find the vegetable to be a little too oily though. Love the mushrooms!
