I have been trying to live ‘healthier’ these days, and I seldom eat out nowadays and try to cook my own fresh food everyday. Of course, it is very time-consuming having to shop for fresh meat/vege and clean and store them. But I believe in a long run, it will do me some good at least?

abc soup

It is simple to prepare this soup. All you need is:

1. lean chicken ( i used breast )
2. cabbage
3. cauli flower
4. potato
5. onion
6. tomato
7. carrot
8. some slices of ‘zhar choy’ ( salted vege )

It is very simple, just cut them into pieces and throw all into the soup, and voila! I love this soup! My all-time favorite. :D
