Valentine’s is too over-rated and over-priced, and sad for u if u have slaughtered by them.
We were not the victims. 
On my birthday night, we went pavilion and had our dinner in this nicely-deco restaurant - Dain Ti Hill.
Valentine’s deco was everywhere, it is indeed a nice place.
The ambiance was really good, however, i would not say the same for the food.
Spicy pork rice - RM20. This was not bad, came with a soup.
Gui-fei chicken noodles - RM18. The chicken was so-so.
1/2 baked escargots for RM18.00.
This was a disappointment, the meat shrunk to this bit and over-cooked. Even the cheesy escargots in 100c steamboat was much better.
I did not have high expectations on the food, we enjoyed the ambiance nonetheless. 
HOWEVER, the parking was a killer!!! We spent 2.5 hours and had to pay RM8! Damn pavilion.

RM 18 to RM 20 for set dinner during V Day is not really expensive. Even a Dinner plate in KFC is RM 12.

The food looks nice to me except escargot, I dont eat that.

I’ve passed by this restaurant but never go in cos look expensive! LOL! Since you say the food not nice, I don’t think I will go! Too much to pay just for the ambience! Yes, parking in Pavilion is killing! : )
Btw, what is Mandarin word for chicken wings? Cos I don’t quite understand the joke you mentioned in my blog : )
