For convenience’s sake, I took a picture of the immigration kiosks operation time, to remind myself, or others, who wish to go there to renew your passport.

First of all, the kiosks to renew your passport is in the KIPPAS room.

Operation Hour: 8.30am - 3.45pm (Mon - Fri)

Items that you need to renew your passport at kiosk:

1. Chip-based international passport (your old passport)
2. MyKad
3. Photocopy of your MyKad
4. 1 passport-size photo
5. RM300 (RM50/RM100 notes) for 32 pages
6. Your thumb print

Touch the screen then follow instructions. You will be prompted for verification of your MyKad, your RM300, thumb print and etc. No need to fill up any form, just grab an envelope provided there, put in your passport, photocopy of your MyKad, your passport size photo, then dump into the machine. Then, wait for a printout of the receipt. The whole process only took me less than 10 mins. I was there before 8.30am hence there was no need to wait at all.

Now, you can actually collect your passport 2 hours later u have done it at the kiosks.

Upon collection, you should CHECK YOUR PASSPORT CAREFULLY INCLUDING EVERY SINGLE PAGE! Otherwise, you might face a stupid mistake like mine.

P/S: The immigration office opens at 7.30am - 5.30pm from Monday to Friday.
