Korean Drawing Show and Korean Food Festival Launch at Eccucino @ Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur
Posted by sloppychic under FoodJust few days back, I had the honor to attend Korean Food Festival Launch at Eccucino @ Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur.
I was excited because:
1. Prince Hotel never fails to surprise us.
2. I am going to Korea end of the month for pre-wedding shoot! OH SPRING HERE I COME!
The event was officially launched when Korean Chef demonstrated on how to make the Korean Popiah.
Proudly presenting - Korean Guest Chef Han Chang Soo and his culinary team – Chef Kim Song Ki & Chef Yun Jong Hwan direct from Lotte Hotel World Seoul Korea, preparing the exotic flavours of Korean Cuisine.
Don’t you love the colors of the ingredients?
Too bad I did not have a chance to taste it.
The Korean Food Festival is jointly supported by The Embassy of the Republic of Korea, Korean Chamber of Commerce Kuala Lumpur, The Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) Kuala Lumpur Office, Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn Bhd, LG Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd and Hyundai Motor Company.
After the demonstration, it was the highlight of the event - Korean Drawing Show presented by 5 guys.
Live drawing, dancing, and performing!
Now, hold your breath and watch the below.
See? It is all drawn within 2-3 minutes!
Lo and behold….WATERFALL!
The light is lit from the back of the white canvas. AMAZING!
Everyone was very surprised and amazed, all we did was clapping and clapping.
This is not all..we had a greater surprise!
The guy was really talented. He could dance and draw at the same time.
By simply swinging his hand from left to right, bottom to up, amazing picture was created!
OMG ISN’T IT AMAZING?!?!?!
I was left speechless, and full of admiration. I can’ even draw a stickman properly!
Introducing some yummy Korean food: Bibimbap, Boiled Spicy Chicken with Vegetables.
Seasoned Beancurd & Sauteed Vegetables with Potato Noodles.
That ended the amazing night.
Now I am seriously looking forward to my Korean trip in 2 weeks time! Since we are not joining any tour, and will only be on our own. Anyone has tips for touring Korea?

Wah you’re going to Korea for pre-wedding shoot only?
Not many Koreans speak English… that was few years back. Not sure about now. The food is great (go taste the authentic spicy pork BBQ - best ever!) and the scenery is wonderful. Enjoy your trip. Go Jeju Island (should be very pretty this time of the year) and Everland (theme park).
