Some time ago, I wrote about my new Crocs, i was so excited about it, since it is so expensive, it better be good right? But, it is really disappointing.
Instead of offering ultimate comfort, they just hurt my feet.
The side of the strap just cut my foot!
Check out the redness. Well it is not obvious, but it is so painful up to the point that unbearable.
I brought the shoes back to One-U branch to inquire since I bought it there, true, they were helpful. They waxed the strap for me. Since they said it is not a manufacture fault, it could be my feet. But I thought slippers like these should fit all kinds of feet??? Especially wen they are priced at freaking rm169. And well, the staff there told me to wax my shoes each time I want to wear. Well, does it make sense at all?
I wrote to Crocs Malaysia, it’s been a week and they didn’t bother replying me.
Crocs sucks!!!

well you really should have done some google research before buying it…just search “crocs ban for kids” and you’ll get all the news about why some countries banned crocs for kids and then some..

Ouch! To be fair, it’s the imitation Crocs which are not recommended for children, not the authentic Crocs. Plus, as adults, you should know better than to play around on escalators which could get your slippers caught.
Anyways, I’d suggest you to write to the Crocs US instead. You can do so even though you bought it in Malaysia. Tell them about the appalling service you received at the Crocs store, and that the pair you have is hurting your feet really bad. Support that with the photos you took. They might be able to do something. I wouldn’t place much hope in Crocs Malaysia.
Good luck!

You know, I’ve heard of weird stories of why you should bite your new shoes/slippers to avoid cuts like this. You bite them first so they will never bite you. Intimidation tactic… haha.
But don’t go try and bite all your old shoes ok.

what a disappointment! so expensive and yet they expect you to wax your shoes before wearing them so they don’t hurt you? damn stupid lah -_-

I had problem with crocs 1U last time when i purchased a croc for my dad. What i did to ask for full refund(change another croc with the same price) was to call the headquater and made a big fuss over it.It wasnt easy coz i was on the phoen ONE whole day complaining.
For your case, the size may be too small. And i think they should at least let you change to another model(if you’ve purchased it for less than 2 weeks).
Hope it helps!
