Since I have written the first part, I am going to continue the following entry about my first trip to The Ship.
I know it’s like reserved order, but heck.
Tomyam soup… who would have thought The Ship actually serves good tomyam soup? It’s at RM8.90, just the soup and some tiny prawns and sotong.
The snails.. garlic escargots, half a dozen at RM14.90..the sauce was yummy…
This is a chicken chop, namely vodka chicken chop or something, but it didn’t taste alcoholic at all. It’s around RM20 or so.
Oh man, this is the killer. It had a fancy name, which I forgot. But its description was, juicy steak stuffed with mussels and mushrooms. Yes, it was stuffed, BUT, I had no idea why it came out tasting like..whiskey. It’s strange! I thought they got my flavours mixed up, vodka chicken with no vodka but steak that tasted like whiskey. Uh.. I really didn’t like this, nothing wrong with the meat but I didn’t like its flavour. Wasted RM35.90.
Morale of the story: Always stick with good-old food.
P/S: These pictures looked nicer than previous ones cause I brought a camera along then.
