It is sounds so ironic that I love the Sarawak kolo mee in Singapore. I didn’t give a damn to this shop, until I smelt the aroma of the kolo mee from a guy eating at the table. Immediately I knew that I just had to try this.

Sarawak kolo mee shop front

This is the shop located at one of the shopping malls in City Hall, but I think this is Marina Square. This is a chain restaurant.

Sarawak Kolo Mee shop

This is how the shop looks like. This is the branch located at Vivo City. In fact, all of them look alike. I went twice in 2 days in a row. :P love the mee too much.

longan juice

I ordered a Luohan Longan, at SGD$2.50 I think. Quite expensive for a drink like that if you convert it to Ringgit. If you have allocated a travel budget for a certain trip, then, you can feel free to spend the money since you know you will not have to starve to death after you return from the trip.

Sarawak Kolo Mee

This is the most basic kolo mee, SGD$6.90. Yes, it is expensive if you think it is about RM14 for a bowl of kolo mee like that. But it is a reasonable price there.  There is even abalone kolo mee at SGD$8.90, but I guess I would do just fine with this basic kolo mee.

Sarawak Kolo Mee

Indeed, this is the best kolo mee I had in my life. The noodle was really springy and look at the minced pork! Man, everything was just nice. I want more more moreeeeeeeeeee!

Sarawak Kolo Mee wantan soup

It comes with a prawn wantan soup as well. But, the wantan was just so-so, the prawns were very fresh!

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I am missing kolo mee so much! I think I will make a food trip to Singapore for a weekend! Gosh. Why don’t we have this shop here in Malaysia??? :(
